Nice to meet you

I’ve always loved turning ideas into reality and found that I have a knack for business growth. There’s something thrilling about helping a business find its rhythm, scale without breaking, and actually enjoy the process along the way.

For nine years until the acquisition in November 2024, I was COO of a tech consultancy, guiding it through rapid growth, a successful sale, and the whirlwind of integrating with a new parent company. Before that, I worked with startups and scaling businesses across industries from tech to co-working, food, and even corporate massage both in the UK and Australia, sometimes juggling multiple time zones and airport lounges along the way.

Before finding my home in scaling businesses, I started out in TV broadcast, climbing my way up to Operations Manager for three international channels. It was a crash course in juggling complexity, keeping teams aligned, and making the impossible happen, skills I now bring to founders ready to grow their businesses without losing their minds.

Today, I work with ambitious, bootstrapped founders to create businesses that scale, systems that stick, and growth that feels exciting instead of overwhelming.
